Whether it's being called to assist in rounding up the cows who found the hole in the fence,
or
picking flowers while the fence is being repaired,
or
witnessing the birth of a new dairy calf,
I'm thankful for each experience I have working with my dairy farm family everydayas we work to produce high-quality, nutritious milk by caring for our land and animals.
Love the pictures of the momma cow and her calf. I just live a block away from a farm and my heart melts when I see the calves.....my coworkers think I'm silly when I come to work showing pics of the cows down the street but they just pass it off as "the California girl" is easily entertained.
